Deze privacyverklaring richt zich tot personen die gebruik maken van de website (www.werkenbijaccorhotels.nu) (de "Website") en mogelijk via de Website solliciteren op (een) vacature(s) die is/zijn geplaatst op de Website. Na het invullen van jouw sollicitatiegegevens worden deze gegevens naar het hotel die de betreffende vacature aanbiedt verstuurt (het "Hotel"). Het Hotel stuurt je vervolgens een bevestigingse-mail en een privacyverklaring over de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door het Hotel gedurende de wervings- en selectieprocedure.

In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit hoe wij middels de Website jouw persoonsgegevens verwerken. Wij wijzen je erop dat deze privacyverklaring geen (onderdeel van een) overeenkomst vormt. 1. Welke persoonsgegevens we over jou verwerken en waarom

Sollicitatiegegevens
Via de Website kan je solliciteren op een vacature door jouw sollicitatiegegevens in het webformulier op de Website in te vullen. Je sollicitatiegegevens bestaan uit jouw naam, e-mailadres, CV en motivatiebrief.

Cookiegegevens
Daarnaast verzamelen we jouw persoonsgegevens door middel van cookies. Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die de Website op je computer, tablet of mobiele telefoon plaatst op het moment dat je de Website bezoekt. Middels deze cookies wordt informatie over jouw websitebezoek opgeslagen en deze informatie bevat mogelijk jouw persoonsgegevens, zoals een IP-adres, locatiegegevens, jouw activiteiten op de Website en een browser-fingerprint.

Verwerkingsdoelen en rechtsgrond
Sollicitatiegegevens
Als je jouw sollicitatiegegevens op de Website invult en uploadt, dan verstuurt de Website automatisch je sollicitatiegegevens door naar het Hotel, zodat het Hotel jouw sollicitatie in behandeling kan nemen. Als je interesse hebt in een vacature, dan kan je via een webformulier op de Website je e-mailadres invullen, zodat de vacature naar je e-mailadres wordt verzonden. Wij kunnen jouw gegevens ook gebruiken als dat onverhoopt nodig is voor het voeren van (verweer in) juridische procedures of in reactie op klachten of claims.

De verwerkingen van persoonsgegevens die in het kader van de bovenstaande doeleinden plaatsvinden zijn noodzakelijk voor de behartiging van het gerechtvaardigde belang van het Hotel om de wervings- en selectieprocedure op een verantwoorde, effectieve en efficiënte manier vorm te geven en ter verdediging van onze rechten (of de rechten van het Hotel) in het geval van een geschil. Deze verwerkingen zijn dus gerechtvaardigd op grond van artikel 6 lid 1 onder f van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming ("AVG").

Wij wijzen je erop dat wanneer je besluit om bepaalde, in het kader van de sollicitatieprocedure verzochte, informatie niet te verstrekken dit invloed kan hebben op (jouw deelname in) de sollicitatieprocedure. Cookiegegevens
Daarnaast verwerken wij (persoons-)gegevens die wij verzamelen via cookies. Wij verwerken deze gegevens, omdat deze noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren, analyseren en verbeteren van de Website. Ook maken wij gebruik van cookies om de effectiviteit van een getoonde advertentie op de website van Indeed te meten. De verwerking van persoonsgegevens die in het kader van deze doeleinden plaatsvinden zijn noodzakelijk voor de behartiging van onze gerechtvaardigde belangen, namelijk het laten functioneren, analyseren en verbeteren van de Website. 2. Hoe wij jouw persoonsgegevens verzamelen en met wie wij jouw gegevens delen

Sollicitatiegegevens
Om te kunnen solliciteren via de Website dien je jouw persoonsgegevens te verstrekken. Deze sollicitatiegegevens worden direct doorgestuurd naar het Hotel. In dit kader delen wij jouw sollicitatiegegevens enkel met het Hotel.

 
Cookiegegevens
Verder is het mogelijk dat wij door middel van cookies persoonsgegevens verzamelen. Deze persoonsgegevens kunnen worden gedeeld met marketingbureaus, Google Analytics, Indeed en sociale media.

3. Internationale doorgifte

Sollicitatiegegevens
Er is geen sprake van internationale doorgifte van jouw sollicitatiegegevens aan een derde land en/of een organisatie buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte.

Cookiegegevens
De gegevens die worden verzameld middels cookies en die met Google Analytics worden gedeeld, kunnen door Google worden doorgegeven naar (servers in) de Verenigde Staten. Google stelt zich te houden aan de Privacy Schild principes en is aangesloten bij het Privacy Schild-programma van het Amerikaanse Ministerie van Handel. Dit betekent dat er sprake is van een passend beschermingsniveau voor de verwerking van eventuele persoonsgegevens.

4. Hoe lang wij persoonsgegevens bewaren

Sollicitatiegegevens
De Website stuurt jouw sollicitatiegegevens direct door naar het Hotel en bewaart jouw sollicitatiegegevens niet. Als persoonsgegevens alsnog worden bewaart, dan informeren wij je hierover.

5. Hoe we jouw persoonsgegevens beschermen

Sollicitatie- en cookiegegevens
Wij zetten ons in om jouw privacy te beschermen en nemen de beveiliging van jouw persoonsgegevens serieus. Wij hebben passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen getroffen om jouw persoonsgegevens te beveiligen. Recht op inzage:
Je hebt recht op een kopie van de persoonsgegevens die we over je verwerken en op informatie over de verwerking daarvan.

Recht op rectificatie:
Je kunt ons vragen om jouw persoonsgegevens te corrigeren of aan te vullen als deze onjuist of onvolledig zijn.

Recht op wissing ('recht op vergetelheid'):
Je kunt ons vragen om jouw persoonsgegevens te verwijderen wanneer: (i) de persoonsgegevens niet meer nodig zijn voor de doeleinden waarvoor wij ze hebben verzameld of waarvoor wij ze verwerken, (ii) wanneer we de persoonsgegevens verwerken op grond van jouw toestemming en je deze toestemming intrekt, (iii) wanneer je bezwaar maakt tegen de verwerking en dat bezwaar gegrond is, (iv) wanneer de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens onrechtmatig is, (v) wanneer wij op grond van de wet verplicht zijn om jouw persoonsgegevens te wissen.

Application data
Through the Website, you can apply for a job opening by entering your application data in the web form on the Website. Your application data consists of your name, e-mail address, CV and cover letter.

We do not transfer your application data internationally to a third country and/or any organization outside the European Economic Area.

The data collected and shared with Google Analytics could be forwarded by Google to servers in the United States. Google asserts that they adhere to the Privacy Shield principles, and is a member of the United States Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield program. The Website sends your application data directly to the Hotel and does not save your application data. If we do retain any of your personal data, we will inform you about such processing.
